Refund Policy

Refund policy for internet transactions for services being purchased via Cardigan County Show’s website:

Where the Show receives payment greater in value than required, then a refund of the excess balance will be made;
The credit/debit card used for the payment will be refunded;
This will be done as soon as possible but within 14 days of the refund being agreed by the Show, unless agreed otherwise in writing;
Any request for a refund following a cancellation should be made in writing for the Show Committee to consider at their next meeting. If the Show Committee agrees to a refund following the cancellation, then this will be carried out in line with the above.
